Persán – Demand & Supply Planner Specialist Persán, a multinational home‐care and personal‐care production company, is looking for a Demand & Supply Planner Specialist based in Sevilla, Spain. The role requires 10% travel. Responsibilities * Lead the monthly demand review, preparing data and facilitating meetings with sales and supply teams. * Drive forecast accuracy improvement, supply planning stability, and inventory health. * Participate in demand‐review program implementation, track progress, and report status to supply‐chain stakeholders. * Manage scope, schedule and resources of demand‐review initiatives and adjust for changes. * Identify, mitigate and resolve forecast‐related issues. * Consolidate inputs from sales forums and supply departments, and develop scenarios and solutions for review meetings. * Conduct impact analysis and validate results with key stakeholders. * Prepare documentation and key demand metrics for meetings.
* Build relationships across departments to drive participation. * Execute demand‐planning processes, including data cleansing, input collection and statistical forecasting. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. * Master's degree in Supply Chain is a plus. * At least 3 years' experience in planning or S&OP; roles. * Experience in FMCG is highly desirable. * Proficient in English and strong analytical skills. * Result‐oriented, communicative, and capable of working independently.
