especially in payroll management and employment legislation * Solid analytical skills and a natural interest in digital tools and applications * A strong eagerness to learn, paired with a customer‐oriented mindset and high attention xqysrnh to detail * Assertiveness and strong communication skills * A problem‐solving and positive attitude, team spirit and a good sense of humour — we appreciate people who bring their own style and energy to the team * Spanish is essential and fluency in English.
