We are looking for a creative and social-first Junior Content Creator who lives and breathes social media, masters TikTok and Instagram, and wants to create content that makes MiiN shine in the Italian market. Please note: What will be your daily tasks? * Create and analyze the social media strategy for the Italian market. * Create, plan, and publish content for TikTok and Instagram. * Record voice-overs and assist with video editing. * Ensure that content is dynamic, engaging, and aligned with the brand identity. * Manage the community on TikTok and Instagram. * Execute and schedule the content calendar on both platforms.



* Participate in the recording and editing of organic content and advertising campaigns. * Collaborate daily with the design team. * Identify trends on social media and in the beauty sector. * Organize and moderate live streams, answering questions and interacting with the audience in real time. * Manage UGC (briefing, PR, and operational coordination).
