and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery * Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines * Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness Requirements * Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience) * Hands‐on experience in SAP HCM application. xqysrnh Involvement in implementations is a plus * In‐depth knowledge of Spanish payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high‐quality HR system implementations/configurations * Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information * Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills and a client‐focused, collaborative mindset.
