Reporting to the VP Finance Operations, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following functions: Financial Operations * Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. * Review and process employee expense reports and payment requests.



* Support daily accounting activities related to the US business operations. * Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and documentation. Accounting & Reconciliations * Perform accounting entries and ensure the integrity of financial information. * Prepare and review bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations. * Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies. * Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
