As part of our ambitious transformation journey, we are looking for an outstanding Global EHS & Quality Manager to lead the evolution of our Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality function. Reporting to the Corporate Operations Director and forming part of the Global Operations Leadership Team, this role will define our global EHS & Quality strategy, harmonize standards across our operations in Europe, Asia and the Americas, and drive a cultural transformation where safety, quality and continuous improvement become fundamental to the way we operate. This is not a role focused on maintaining management systems. It is an opportunity to build a world-class EHS & Quality organization and make a lasting impact on our business.



Your Mission You will transform EHS & Quality into a strategic business partner that enables sustainable growth, protects our people, customers and the environment, and supports operational excellence across all our global operations. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Transformation * Define and deploy the general EHS & Quality strategy aligned with business objectives. * Lead the cultural transformation of EHS & Quality across all operations. * Harmonize standards, management systems and best practices across all sites. * Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, influencing operational excellence, risk management and sustainability. * Champion Lean thinking, continuous improvement and accountability throughout the organization. EHS * Ensure compliance with international EHS regulations and corporate standards. * Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
