Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Labor Relations, Business Administration or similar (Master's in HR or MBA is a plus) * At least 4–5 years of HR generalist or BP experience in Portugal. * Experience working within manufacturing or production plant environment is mandatory. * Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is mandatory. xqysrnh * Knowledgeable and understand Portuguese labor legislation. * Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills * Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, international organization Certifications & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree * Master's in HR * MBA
