About the Role As a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst, this is an entry-level, execution-focused role, idóneo for someone at the start of their finance career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable taking on detail-heavy tasks. You will handle a large share of the team's operational workload: invoice entry, data checks, filing, and basic query handling, while being mentored by more experienced colleagues. This role offers strong potential for growth: as you build knowledge of AP processes and our client's systems (including their upcoming Workday implementation), you'll progressively take on more responsibility. Responsibilities * Process invoice intake,



data entry and document filing accurately and efficiently. * Process straightforward invoices in line with internal controls, approvals and procedures. * Maintain accurate records of invoices, open items and accounts payable activity. * Support AP reconciliations by gathering information, identifying discrepancies and flagging outstanding items. * Respond to routine vendor and internal queries, escalating complex issues, risks and overdue items as required. * Support Workday implementation activities, including data validation, testing and transition to new AP processes and workflows.
