Responsibilities and Duties: * Liaise and implement the hybrid outsourced model of F&A; accounting * Work closely with other areas of the company, including Finance, Operations, and Project Management, to provide clear and strategic financial analysis. * Lead and oversee all accounting and financial activities of the company, including the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets. * Ensure compliance with local and international tax, regulatory, and financial requirements, as well as the accurate preparation and submission of accounting reports. * Develop and lead the internal and external audit processes, working closely with auditors to ensure the transparency and accuracy of financial statements.



* Manage the accounting team, providing direction and mentoring, while optimising processes and systems to improve operational efficiency. * Implement and maintain internal accounting policies that ensure appropriate financial controls and minimise risks. * Advise senior management on strategic decision-making through detailed financial reporting, profitability analysis, and forecasting. * Evaluate and manage relationships with external financial and accounting service providers. * Actively participate in the definition and execution of financial plans that support the company's ongoing expansion and growth.
