talent development, performance management, compensation cycles and engagement programmes.Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for all people‑related matters, developing strong partnerships with leaders in your assigned business areas and proactively guiding and supporting their understanding and implementation of People Team strategies and initiatives.What you need to succeedExperience working in mid‑sized organisations (approximately 500 to 1,000 employees) within dynamic, fast‑paced environments.At least 2 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with a strong track record of partnering with HR centres of expertise.Demonstrated ability to lead through change and navigate ambiguity with confidence and clarity.Skilled in conflict resolution and driving change‑management initiatives.Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.Hands‑on experience delivering HR programmes acr
