optimize database segmentation, and build closed-loop pipeline attribution models. * Performance Marketing (Paid Media): Plan and scale paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) across multiple countries. Manage ad budgets, run continuous A/B tests, and lead and coordinate our international subsidiaries in the development and execution of their local digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with global strategy and measurement standards. * Reporting & Dashboards: Connect HubSpot, GA4, and ad networks into clean dashboards (Looker Studio/BI) that provide actionable insights to corporate leadership.
