The Executive Assistant is responsible for giving support to SVP Global Service Operations and the Management Team of Global Sales. Workload is balanced 50/50 between the two departments (Service Operations & Global Sales).General Sales support will be coordinated with another management assistant located in Hamburg, including calendar management, meeting governance, travel planning and confidential operational support across global and local initiatives.
