Задачи * Lead the CRM roadmap for the assigned brand portfolio from a integral standpoint, translating priorities into initiatives, timelines, deliverables and measurable outcomes * Act as the senior CRM point of contact for Brand and Market teams, ensuring visibility of progress, dependencies, risks and decisions and driving stakeholder alignment * Partner with Brand and Market teams on clienteling initiatives to plan, launch and optimize omnichannel campaigns and automated journeys across email, SMS and WhatsApp * Coordinate campaign briefs, audiences, segmentation, data requirements, testing, approvals, deployment and post-campaign analysis * Own the day-to-day CRM contribution to clienteling initiatives, including governance, store campaigns, documentation, Connect.U support, external partner coordination and stakeholder follow-up * Track and share CRM trends,
