We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Client Advisor Russian Speaker for our Dolce & Gabbana boutique located in Barcelona. As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer. Key Responsibilities * Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand * Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor * Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers' needs * Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers * Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.



* Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge * Ensuring to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i. e. CRM) * Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff * Support basic cash operations when necessary (is trained to use the till) Requirements * Fluency inSpanish, English and Russian. xqysrnh * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in womenswear in luxury retail * Client Ceremony * Effective sale techniques * Store's KPIs * Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques * Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills * Strong team player Location: Barcelona, Spain
