They are looking to hire a Senior Operation Manager that's able to manage the overall operations. The New Role: * Inventory Management: Maintaining optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking and minimize write-offs. * Regulatory Compliance: Managing product registrations and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and operating licenses. * Government Liaison: Coordinating with authorities such as customs, tax departments, and relevant ministries. * Operational Excellence: Reviewing and refining procedures, addressing operational issues, and ensuring adherence to policies. * Financial Oversight: Managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, ensuring healthy cash flow, and optimizing expenditures for cost-effectiveness. * Reporting:
