you will be responsible for supervising the overall operation of the housekeeping department. * Ensure all departmental service standards and sequences of service are being upheld. * Work collaboratively with all housekeeping partners on a day‑to‑day basis. * Maintain a close relationship with the Front Office and Engineering Team. * Ensure guest satisfaction – address guest issues as they arise and provide prompt correspondence if necessary. * Check public areas, guest rooms/suites, equipment, linens are clean and in good repair advise team members of areas of improvements. * Support in handling complaints and special requests and needs of the guests, VIPs and repeat visitors to achieve complete guest satisfaction. * Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other department managers. * May assist with deep cleaning projects and/or assist housekeeping staff during high volume periods. * Perform housekeeping duties n
