As part of the Marketing team, you will join a role split between content creation and operational marketing support to contribute to the Italian market expansion. This internship offers a comprehensive, hands-on experience covering both the creative and operational sides of marketing. Your Responsibilities Content Creation * Monitor social media to identify the most effective trends, formats and creative codes for each platform and content category. * Consolidate these insights into operational recommendations to maximise the visibility and sales of our authors' books. * Create social media content for our authors and for DashBook, including short-format videos, UGC and interviews - from filming to editing. Operational Marketing Support * Participate in the management of marketing projects: defining scope,



implementation and coordination with stakeholders. * Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends, insights and best practices. * Support the development of the brand image and ensure consistency across all communications. * Contribute to the organisation and smooth running of events. * Creativity, boldness and rigour * Team spirit and good interpersonal skills * Proficiency in social media trends and formats * Hands-on video content creation skills, with proficiency in CapCut * Fluent in English; Italian speaking required * A valid internship agreement with a university or educational institution is required #J-18808-Ljbffr
