Our Wholesale Department is looking for an intern to join us. Job responsibilities Your role will be: Data framework: * Collaborate with the BP&T; Department in maintaining our reporting tools for the integral Wholesale Team. * Contribute to the continuous cleaning and checking of database (Partner, order, network, etc.) ensuring efficient maintenance (new and existing records). Orders follow-up: * Follow up and reporting of the inbound planning for all product categories, identifying alerts of main deviations vs plan. * Follow up and analysis of the leftovers list and production cancellations. Business Operations: * Support the Team on the weekly performance reporting and review.



* Liaise with the SC team in the availability of stock opportunities. * Support the Team in the partner’s reorder requests throughout the season. * Assist with operational management, including RTV processes and maintaining masterfiles. Buying session: * Ensure the products are properly uploaded and available in the buying tool, supporting clusters’ assignation. Others: * Support operational control of POs, including managing supplier invoices, monitoring team performance, communicating with commercial teams, and tracking POs across all wholesale accounts. Profile * Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Wholesale or Retail. * Collaborative team player. * Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work. * Good analytical skills. * High level of both Spanish and English; any other languages definitely a plus. * Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Powe
