Job responsibilities About your role: * Support the weekly monitoring of Purchasing and P2P performance, helping track key process KPIs, identify blockers, and improve follow-up dashboards in ERP / Power BI * Prepare, review and consolidate upload files required to onboard new areas into Purchasing reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency * Coordinate with different departments to gather reporting inputs, understand area‑specific mappings, and support a reliable reporting structure * Collaborate with the IT department for the consolidation and ongoing maintenance of data upload files, including the updating of new articles & categorization.



* Support supplier master data and spend reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy, consolidation * Support to the strategic buyers of the team (realization of studies) Profile Internships at LOEWE: * You must be currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university * If you are from the UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit. * Our internships run for 6-12 months and the hours will generally be 9am to 6.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3pm on Fridays About you: * Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Purchasing/Finance * Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work, and a high level of accuracy when working with data * Strong analytical and organizational skills * High level of both Spanish and English, any other languages definitely a plus * Comfortable with all Micros
