We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Lightspeed team in Spain. What you will be doing: * Drive adoption of Lightspeed Payments and software solutions, ensuring clients extract maximum value from our POS products, modules, and integrations. * Serve as the primary point of contact, building trusted, long‑term partnerships and proactively supporting client success. * Guide account growth and upgrades, transitioning customers to advanced solutions tailored to their evolving business needs. * Create new revenue opportunities, executing upsells, cross‑sells, and expansions aligned with client goals. * Deliver compelling product demos and support adoption, ensuring clients fully utilise Lightspeed’s suite of tools. * Monitor and analyse account performance, tracking metrics such as MRR, NRR, customer health, and engagement. * Proactively manage churn and satisfaction, identifying trends, resolving issues, and strengthening long‑term client relationships. * Negotiate and close agreements, securing favourable terms while consistently achieving renewal, retention,



and growth targets. * Contribute to and execute sales and marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience and increasing Lightspeed’s MRR.
