Job Description * Define and execute the MGA channel strategy (target markets, business lines, and partnerships). * Identify, negotiate, and secure agreements with key MGAs across EMEA. * Oversee technical and financial performance of the portfolio (GWP, loss ratios, profitability). * Ensure adherence to underwriting, pricing, and governance standards. * Implement performance tracking frameworks (KPIs, dashboards, regular reviews). * Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, Legal, Compliance). * Lead due diligence and onboarding of new MGA partners. * Design contractual frameworks and incentive schemes. * Manage operational, regulatory, and reputational risks within the channel. * Lead, develop, and scale the MGA team. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of MGAs Europe should have: * Degree in Business Administration,



Economics, Law, or similar (MBA is a plus). * 10+ years' experience in insurance, with exposure to underwriting, distribution, or partnerships. * Strong experience with MGAs and/or broking (highly desirable). * Solid understanding of technical profitability and portfolio management. * Proven track record in negotiating complex international agreements. * Good knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., IDD, Solvency II). * International profile with cross-border experience. * Fluent English required.
