Join the VeryChic CRM team to support the rollout, execution, and optimization of high-impact omnichannel campaigns Set up, execute, and optimize omnichannel CRM campaigns (email, push app, web push). Work on customer segmentation and message personalization to maximize engagement. Assist in customer journey mapping and optimize lifecycle marketing touchpoints. Performance Analysis & Data Insight: Monitor and strictly analyze campaign KPIs,



focusing on sales performance and marketing metrics to drive continuous improvement. Participate in A/B testing, post-campaign reporting, and data-driven recommendations. Conduct market benchmarks and competitive intelligence on CRM trends and automation best practices. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align CRM execution with overall business goals. Native French speaker. Proficiency in English is a plus Master’s student in Digital Marketing, e-commerce, Data Analytics, Communication, or Business.
