About the Role #L I -Hybrid Location: Barcelona Internal Title : Program manager DDIT PO&CF; AskNovartis Key Accountabilities: Platform Strategy & Enterprise Leadership - Define and drive the strategic direction of AskNovartis from MVP through enterprise-scale deployment. - Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization across domains, ensuring focus on high-value employee journeys. - Ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and long-term digital strategy. Enterprise Program Delivery & Governance - Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-year program across multiple domains and delivery teams. - Establish and run robust governance structures, including decision forums, escalation paths, and performance management. - Ensure transparency on risks, dependencies,



financials, and progress to senior leadership.
