Shape the Future of Energy Infrastructure Across Europe RP General is looking for a technically driven High Voltage (HV) & Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Engineer to support the development, implementation, and operation of utility-scale renewable energy projects across Europe. This exciting opportunity combines expertise in high-voltage electrical infrastructure, substations, grid connection engineering, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). You will work across both stand-alone and hybrid renewable energy projects, supporting project development, construction, commissioning, and asset optimisation. Key Responsibilities High Voltage Grid Connection & Substations * Lead engineering activities related to MV/HV substations and grid connection infrastructure * Assess grid connection opportunities and determine optimal technical solutions * Develop and review single-line diagrams, protection systems, control concepts, cable routing, grounding systems, and grid studies * Coordinate with transmission system operators (TSOs), distribution network operators (DSOs),
