The adecuado candidate is dedicated to delivering exceptional food quality and memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. Working closely with the kitchen leadership team, the Cook will support daily kitchen operations while maintaining Nikki Beach’s high culinary and presentation standards. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and cook menu items according to Nikki Beach recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines * Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of dishes during service * Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations at all times * Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures in compliance with local regulations * Assist with food preparation, ingredient storage,



and stock rotation * Support the kitchen team during busy service periods while maintaining a positive attitude * Monitor product freshness and report any shortages or quality concerns to supervisors * Collaborate with chefs and team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations * Contribute to maintaining a professional and efficient working environment * Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing kitchen inventory when required What We’re Looking For * Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar kitchen role within restaurants, hotels, or beach clubs * Passion for hospitality, food, and delivering high-quality guest experiences * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Strong teamwork and communication skills * Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required * Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn * English language skills preferred; additional languages such as Spani
