What you will do in this role * Lead structured follow‑up and support calls with prospective customers after they’ve expressed interest in a product * Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction * Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferences * Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear,



structured format to support retailer sales teams * Maintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow‑up and offer‑related calls with the same prospects * Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand.
