Hartmann Young is partnering with a general Molecular Diagnostics and Life Sciences company to appoint a VP / General Manager, EMEA. This is an opportunity to lead the regional business, shape its commercial strategy and drive sustainable growth across a diverse range of markets. Responsibilities * Own the EMEA strategy, P&L; and overall business performance. * Lead and develop regional teams, building a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer focus. * Drive growth across direct sales, distribution channels and strategic partnerships. * Identify opportunities for market expansion and strengthen relationships with key customers. * Partner with global leadership to align regional priorities with the wider business strategy.
