We are looking for a Footwear Designer Junior who will support the end-to-end footwear design process, from conceptual ideation and TechPack creation to market trend analysis and sustainable prototyping, ensuring high standards of innovation, quality, and brand alignment.



Your challenge & roles: * Footwear Design Assistant * Innovation & Trend Contributor * Quality & Performance Support Your responsibilities: Footwear Design Assistant * Assist in the footwear design process, from concept ideation to production-ready designs * Create and manage all footwear TechPacks * Build colour TechPacks based on the team’s requests and direction. * Create and compile detailed sample comments to communicate prototype revisions and next steps to suppliers. * Contribute to Colour Proposals for all Footwear * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and production, to ensure alignment with brand vision and strategy.
