Guidewire is seeking a senior Employee Relations practitioner to support our business across EMEA through complex ER matters, investigations, PIPs, grievances and exits. The role requires discretion, empathy and commercial judgement to advise leaders across multiple countries. You will lead on governance, policy reviews and liaison with Works Councils and unions, with a strong focus on UK, Ireland, France and broader EMEA labour relations.
