Location: remote within Spain, Portugal, or India Reports to: Director - Enterprise Solutions, Cloud & Service Key Responsibilities * Design and maintain the enterprise architecture for the Modern Workplace domain, including endpoint management, collaboration platforms and identity/access integration * Define and drive the roadmap for Microsoft 365, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Windows 11 (Enterprise/LTSC/IoT LTSC) Apple Business Manager, Manage Engine Endpoint Central, Soti MDM and related client technologies * Define the architecture and rollout strategy for AI-powered workplace tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot Cowork, Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365) including licensing, data governance and security considerations * Define and monitor Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategy * Ensure outsourced services align with enterprise architecture standards * Establish architecture standards, reference designs and governance guidelines for device management, application deployment (e.g. Autopilot)



and Zero Trust/Conditional Access policies * Establish governance guidelines for responsible AI use within the Modern Workplace domain, in coordination with security and compliance stakeholders * Evaluate and select new tools and technologies to improve employee experience, security posture and operational efficiency * Evaluate emerging AI capabilities in endpoint and device management (e.g. AI-assisted troubleshooting, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection) and assess their fit for the organization * Collaborate with security, infrastructure and service management teams to ensure alignment across the broader IT architecture * Support and guide technical teams during implementation, acting as a design authority and escalation point for architectural decisions * Create and maintain architecture documentation (solution designs, technical standards, decision records) * Assess the impact of new Microsoft/vendor releases and features on the existing landscape and recommend adoption
