This is an entry-level position, idóneo for candidates looking to start or develop a career in customer support within an international setting. The role is remote, however candidates must relocate and reside in Greece, as per operational and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in Danish * Provide accurate, timely, and professional support regarding products and services * Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels * Document interactions and update customer records using internal systems * Follow company policies, quality standards,
