* Support the implementation of MTSB dashboards within the Qualys platform used at the client. * Analyze the current requirements and identify missing capabilities, functionalities or technical dependencies required to make the dashboard implementation feasible. * Gather and analyze technical and functional requirements related to the dashboard implementation. * Document detailed specifications to support the implementation and ensure that requirements are clearly understood by all stakeholders. * Coordinate and follow up the implementation activities with the external provider, monitoring progress and addressing issues or deviations. * Act as a technical point of contact between the internal client teams and the provider throughout the implementation. * Validate the correctness and completeness of the implementation, ensuring that the delivered dashboards meet the defined specifications and requirements. * Coordinate and support testing activities associated with the implemented dashboards.



* Collect and consolidate feedback from testers and stakeholders and translate it into actionable changes. * Analyze testing feedback, identify required adjustments and coordinate the implementation of the necessary changes. * Perform follow-up activities to ensure that identified issues and required modifications are properly addressed and closed. * Contribute to the overall quality assurance and acceptance of the implemented dashboards. * Experience in technical implementation or project coordination within IT environments. * Experience working with dashboard implementations and technical requirements. * Ability to identify missing technical capabilities and define the requirements needed to address them. * Experience in technical documentation and specification writing. * Experience coordinating and following up with external technology providers. * Experience in testing, validation and acceptance of technical solutions. * Ability to collect, analyze and manage tester/user fe
