As a Signavio Application Support & Governance Consultant, you will manage the day-to-day operations, governance, and support of the SAP Signavio platform (Process Manager, Governance, Process Insight/Process Intelligence). You will be the main point of contact for access, incidents, and changes, while supporting and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities * Administer Signavio users, roles, and permissions * Handle incidents and service requests related to Signavio * Maintain documentation, runbooks, and SOPs * Coordinate changes and improvements on the platform * Collaborate with SAP (TAM) and internal IT/business stakeholders * Work within agile, waterfall, or ticket-based delivery models Profile * 4+ years in IT, including 2+ years in BPM,
