Requirements: * Ongoing or completed studies in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Sociology, or related fields. * Interest in the talent, recruitment, and selection area. * Strong communication skills and attention to detail. * Good organizational and time‑management skills. * Desirable: intermediate level of English. What will your responsibilities be? * Posting job openings on various job boards and internal platforms. * Screening resumes according to the requirements of each vacancy. * Conducting pre-screening phone interviews and supporting interview coordination with hiring managers. * Updating the candidate database and tracking applicants in the ATS. * Supporting in-person and/or video interviews together with the recruitment team. * Managing administrative tasks throughout the process (documentation, interview invitations, candidate reports).
