Job Description Key responsibilities include: * Leading the overall operational performance of the resort and ensuring exceptional service delivery. * Managing and developing a multidisciplinary team across hospitality, food & beverage, housekeeping, maintenance and facilities. * Driving guest and member satisfaction through best-in-class service standards. * Overseeing a multi-outlet food & beverage operation, including restaurant services, events and catering activities.



* Working closely with the Executive Chef to continuously enhance the culinary offering. * Developing operational procedures, service standards and quality assurance initiatives. * Collaborating closely with the CEO on strategic projects and business development initiatives. * Managing operational budgets and monitoring key performance indicators. * Building strong relationships with members, guests and key stakeholders. * Leading by example and fostering a culture of excellence, engagement and continuous improvement.
