Requirements * Norwegian C2 level and English C1 level (or higher). * Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills. * Computer‑savvy (Office 365, CRM database, and other internal platforms). * A problem‑solving, solution‑driven mindset. * Positive, motivated mindset for dealing with tricky customer issues. * Goal‑oriented work approach.
