Preferably candidates from Europe region Required Skills * Strong Solution Architecture experience with exposure to Data Platforms, Analytics, and AI/ML solutions. * 7 - 12yrs in experience cloud platforms in Finance, Payroll, HR applications. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills. * Proven ability to engage with business leaders and drive requirements discussions. * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Responsibilities * Lead solution design and architecture initiatives across Data, AI, and enterprise applications. * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.



* Drive solutioning discussions, architecture reviews, and technology recommendations. * Work with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven and AI-enabled business solutions. * Act as a trusted advisor and go-to person for both business and technical teams. * Provide leadership in defining best practices, governance, and architectural standards. * Communicate effectively with clients, business domain owners, and executive stakeholders. * Support pre-sales activities, effort estimation, and strategic technology planning. * Must be expert in HR, Finance, Payroll.
