You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base across EMEA. Your responsibilities: * Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day * Qualify inbound leads and manage a structured sales pipeline. * Understand business needs and align product offerings accordingly. * Guide clients through onboarding and verification processes. * Develop expertise in regional onboarding requirements.



* Support businesses in submitting accurate documentation. * Troubleshoot and escalated issues as needed. * Adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. * C2 level of German and a C1 level of English (both written and spoken). * At least 2 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role * Experience in call center or sales-driven environments. * High attention to detail and strong organizational habits. * Clear and structured communicator. * Ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality work. * Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Word/Excel. * Capable of working independently. * Bachelor's degree in Business preferred. * Team collaboration experience. * Awareness of home services sectors.
