This role includes paid relocation, allowing you to immerse yourself in a dynamic work environment while providing outstanding service to Dutch-speaking clients. You will assist customers with their hotel bookings, ensuring seamless communication and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Manage hotel reservations for Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat using the Trivago platform * Provide accurate information about hotels, pricing, amenities, and special offers to support clients' booking decisions * Confirm booking details promptly and ensure smooth transaction processes * Handle customer questions and resolve any booking-related issues professionally and efficiently * Maintain comprehensive records of bookings and client interactions in CRM systems * Keep up-to-date with industry trends, hotel inventory,
