The Role Homologation makes a Stark road-legal in Europe, the US, Australia, Taiwan, Brazil, China and every market we open next. As Senior Homologation Engineer you will be the technical owner of that work: the Type Approval files, the COP programme, component and system certifications, and the direct relationship with technical services and approval authorities. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role at the centre of the company, coordinating with vehicle engineering, quality, production and commercial teams. You will join a small, senior team that is scaling. There is a clear path to growing regulatory capability around you as Stark enters new markets. What You’ll Do Whole Vehicle Homologation * Own the Whole Vehicle Type Approval files under Regulation (EU) 168/2013: information documents, drawing packages and Certificates of Conformity.



* Plan and execute homologation and certification in main non-EU markets, such as the US, Canada and Australia. * Manage base approvals and extensions through their full lifecycle. * Run the COP programme: manage the test schedule and execution in coordination with Quality. * Support homologation in new key markets, such as Latin America, China, Brazil, India, Korea and Japan. Components and systems * Support certification for chargers, lighting devices, batteries and connected components. * Maintain the Technical File for compliance with the EU Batteries Regulation (EU) 2023/1542. Design, engineering and cross-functional work * Deploy regulatory requirements into engineering early, including design reviews from the CAD stage. * Request, compare and negotiate quotations from technical services. * Monitor regulatory developments through industry associations and technical committees.
