* Manage and supervise the operations of our bars, ensuring high-quality service. * Be responsible for creating and executing the beverage menu – impress us with your creativity * Lead and motivate our fantastic team of bartenders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. * Ensure compliance with all hygiene and food safety regulations. * Interact with guests, making sure they fully enjoy their experience in our bars. * Work closely with other resort departments to deliver a seamless service experience. * Resolve issues and handle guest requests efficiently and professionally. * Support the organization of special events and themed nights. * Stay up to date with the latest cocktail and mixology trends.



Your Profile * Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within hospitality and nightlife. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Strong knowledge of beverages, classic cocktails, and signature creations. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Strong guest focus and service mindset. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented personality. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
