We're looking for someone curious, organised and genuinely interested in learning how People & HR works in a integral company. You'll join our international HR team and get hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new colleagues to supporting HR processes that help our people thrive. You'll work with employees across multiple countries, support day-to-day HR operations, learn how HR systems and processes work in practice, and get exposure to a fast-paced, global organisation where people truly matter. What You'll Actually Do * Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience. * Assisting with HR administration and employee documentation while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. * Helping coordinate HR development activities and learning initiatives. * Supporting employee records and ensuring data is up to date across our systems. * Managing administrative processes related to students and interns across the organisation.



* Assisting with HR projects and process improvements that help us work smarter and more efficiently. * Preparing HR-related communications, presentations and reports. * Working closely with HR colleagues across different countries to support our global workforce. * Using digital tools and technology to streamline HR processes and improve the employee experience. What We're Looking For * You're currently studying a Bachelor's degree or, preferably, a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations, Law or a related field. * You must be able to sign an internship agreement ("convenio de prácticas") through your university or educational institution. * You're comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * You work in a structured and organised way, paying attention to the details that matter. * You're able to take ownership of tasks and work independently when needed. * You enjoy collaborating with others a
