KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Design and develop chatbots and AI assistants integrated with enterprise systems. * Build and maintain agentic workflows using tools such as n8n. * Integrate solutions through APIs, webhooks, and cloud services (Azure). * Implement and optimize LLM and RAG capabilities, including: * Incremental data ingestion Chunking strategies * Embeddings generation and management * Vector search Indexing and retrieval mechanisms * Relevance evaluation and troubleshooting * Contribute to the consolidation and standardization of chatbot and AI-driven initiatives, promoting architectural consistency, reusability, and best practices. * Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective AI solutions. * Monitor, optimize, and scale AI solutions in production environments. REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience in chatbot development and conversational AI solutions. * Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms. * Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, MCP (Model Context Protocol), webhooks, and system integrations.



* Programming experience with Python and/or JavaScript. * Experience with Azure services, including: Azure AI Search Azure Storage Azure Functions Azure Data Factory Monitoring and observability services * Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. * Experience in enterprise environments (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft ecosystem, or similar platforms) is a plus. LANGUAGES English: Advanced level required for collaboration in an international environment.
