Shine is hiring a Customer Journey Manager to own the customer lifecycle for our Accounting & Invoicing solutions (Contasimple and Billage). This role designs, executes and optimizes journeys from onboarding to win-back. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Sales and Data to ensure timely, relevant interactions that improve adoption and drive growth across channels.
