Responsibilities * Establish and manage client relationships with media agencies * Develop and execute a customer-led growth strategy * Respond to inbound RFPs, proactively develop custom ideas, and deliver up-sell and always on opportunities for your clients * Bid optimisation, budget management / pacing management * Build a pipeline of revenue * Retain and grow revenue from advertisers * Provide clients with the highest level of sales and customer service * Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal and engineering * Carry out health checks on campaigns to ensure they are set up and running as per best practice and optimised to meet or exceed pre-agreed benchmarks and targets * Facilitate clients' ad campaigns from start to finish * Manage internal account operations including account set up etc.



* Conduct live platform demonstrations * Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customised for clients' business and problems * Brainstorm, identify and implement advertising solutions on TikTok to deliver measurable results for clients * Serve as an external TikTok product consultant Qualifications * Minimum Qualifications - Experience in digital media sales, ad tech, or programmatic advertising, with experience specifically managing holding company relationships. * Minimum Qualifications - Proven track record of navigating, presenting to, and influencing C-level executives (e.g. Investment Officers, Heads of Digital, Agency CEOs). * Minimum Qualifications - Experience managing a multi-million dollar book of business and a history of successfully negotiating complex Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and trading agreements. * Minimum Qualifications - Subject matter expertise in the full digital funnel - specifically auction/biddable media, performa
