Your Role We are looking for a Brand Manager Spain to join the Advance team, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager. What you will do * Market analysis and brand monitoring: monthly analysis of the brand performance and competitive landscape to proactively identify growth opportunities * Definition of the annual brand plans based on the brand’s strategy and objectives: including media & communication strategy and consumer promotion activities in order to boost the brand’s sales * Manage Marketing & Promotional budget ensuring efficient resources allocation to deliver results and to ensure a healthy P&L; * Co-create together with the media team the local brand campaigns with a strong focus on digital & social ecosystems, maximizing impact across the customer journey while continuously monitoring and optimizing performance. * Lead and cocreation of Social Media Content,
with continuous measurement and action planning together with Media Country Lead * Collaborate with the General team to develop and execute innovation projects, based on a strong understanding of local needs and opportunities * Cross-Functional collaboration: build strong, trusted relationships with other departments (Commercial Excellence, Sales, NPD, Regulatory, Consumer Care…) to ensure cohesive brand execution across all touchpoints What we are looking for * 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment within the FMCG/OTC or Veterinarian sector, across Marketing, NPD or Technical Communications * Degree in Veterinary Medicine, with experience in veterinary clinics and a solid understanding of industry dynamics * Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or similar highly valuated * Good knowledge of social media dynamics, with a clear interest for this space and a genuine passion for key emerging trends * Ability to analyze and interp
