We're looking for a People&Culture; Lead to build and own the HR function for a private construction project as it scales from roughly 150 to 250 people. This is a fully remote role with full ownership of HR — from recruitment through people operations, policy, and strategy. What You'll Do: * Scale the HR function to support company growth from :150 to 250 people * Lead the recruitment function, including the most complex and sensitive hires * Design and manage compensation, benefits, and HR policies * Own HR operations end-to-end — onboarding, documentation, processes, and compliance * Set HR strategy and org design as the business grows * Build the analytics and reporting needed to guide people decisions * Advise leadership on people strategy, structure, and risk Requirements * Solid experience leading an HR function end-to-end,
