Europe Express, part of Travelopia, is looking for a passionate Trip Concierge to deliver exceptional, tailor-made travel experiences for our guests. In this customer-focused role, you'll coordinate every detail of a journey, from accommodation and rail travel to sightseeing, dining experiences, and activities, while providing personalized support before, during, and after travel. with suppliers. * Anticipate client needs and go the extra mile to curate seamless, memorable journeys that help you impress the guests and exceed their expectations. * Ensure all bookings are accurate — aiming for 99% accuracy and error-free documentation completed in a timely manner and fully aligned with the guest’s preferences and expectations. * Communicate with guests prior to travel to answer questions, confirm details, and gather preferences. * Respond to special requests such as restaurant reservations, in-destination recommendations, and other personalized services. * Provide frontline support to guests during their trip, resolving issues efficiently and professionally. * Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, and Operations) to ensure a cohesive and consistent guest experience. * Use guest feedback and insights to suggest experience enhancements or process improvements. * Post-tri
