leader in chemicals and reliable business consultant - Handle objections/delivery/quality claims, negotiate t&c;, actively manage margin - Ensure data quality in the systems (customer card, interaction reports, etc.) adhere to tour plan/ contact scheme - Analyze and influence all sales area related kpis – first and foremost sales/turnover across all channels - Regularly report to superior, align action plans, and make sure to deliver sales targets/budgets SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES - Roll-out of pricing concepts, margin impact, positioning of brand - Plan on yearly basis and align annual operational targets and sales plans (in coordination with district manager) - Support sales team (sales reps; alt.
