You will not be starting from scratch: the company already has strong traction in the DACH market, an established product-market fit, centralized marketing support, and an active pipeline generation strategy. As an early member of the Dutch team, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on local growth, help shape the sales motion, and grow alongside the company as it expands internationally. Your responsibilities and impact as an account executive will be:



* Working closely with the Founding Account Executive to scale the Dutch market and drive new business growth * Becoming one of the early commercial hires in the Netherlands, helping establish the company's local presence and sales playbook * Running a high volume of demos and discovery calls with SMB clients * Converting inbound, outbound, and product-trial leads into paying customers * Building strong relationships with local businesses and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process * Collating closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to strengthen localization and market positioning * Sharing customer feedback and market insights with HQ to support product and GTM improvements * Supporting onboarding and customer success to ensure strong product adoption and retention * Helping optimize and scale the Dutch sales motion as the market continues to grow * Contributing to futur
